I started with Jeffrey smith,s book “seeds of deception” a real eye opener and after reading “the China study” by colin Campbell & Campbell I went on a plant based diet now I m trying to find out how to scan the barcode with my new smartphone ( no luck so far all though I downloaded buycott maybe I’m not as smart with smartphone technology computers are not my generation so it’ll take longer to figure out what foods are gmo or not
